Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

RAFAEL CONDE RIPOLL, hereinafter referred to as the RESPONSIBLE, informs the USER that he has created a profile on the Social Networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, and Google+, and is responsible for the processing of the user’s personal data carried out on these social networks. He informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), thereby providing the following information about the processing:

What do we process your personal data for?

Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the RESPONSIBLE that may include the following operations:

– Processing requests and queries posed to the responsible party.
– Informing about activities and events organized by the responsible party.
– Informing about products or services offered by the responsible party.
– Interacting through official profiles.

Why can we process your personal data?

Legal basis for processing: Article 6.1.a GDPR, the interested party has given their consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the RESPONSIBLE’s social network thereby showing interest in the information published on it. Therefore, at the time of requesting to follow our official profiles, you provide your consent for the processing of those personal data published in your profile.

The USER can access the privacy policies of the social network at any time, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.

The RESPONSIBLE has access to and processes that public information of the USER, especially their contact name. These data are only used within the social network itself and will only be incorporated into a file of the RESPONSIBLE when necessary to process the USER’s request.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Criteria for data conservation: data will be kept as long as the USER does not revoke the consent given as indicated in this privacy policy.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

Data communication: The information provided by the USER through the RESPONSIBLE’s social networks, including their personal data, may be published, depending on the services used by the USER, and thus may be made publicly available to other third-party users of the social networks. From the profile of each social network, the USER can configure what information they want to make public in each case, see the permissions that have been granted, delete them, or deactivate them, like any third-party application that is no longer wanted to be used.

No communication of personal data to third parties outside the social network is planned, except, if it is essential for the development and execution of the purposes of processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the RESPONSIBLE has signed the confidentiality and data processing contracts required by the current privacy legislation.

What are your rights?

Rights of the USER: can only be satisfied in relation to that information which is under the control of the RESPONSIBLE.

– The right to withdraw consent at any time.
– The right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of their data, and of limitation or opposition to their processing.
– The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE

The RESPONSIBLE will carry out the following actions:

– Access to public profile information.
– Publication in the USER’s profile of all that information already published on the social network of the RESPONSIBLE.
– Send personal and individual messages through the social network channels.
– Status updates of the page that will be published in the USER’s profile.

The USER can always control their connections, delete contents that no longer interest them, and restrict who shares their connections; for this, they must access their privacy settings.

3. PUBLICATIONS

The USER, once a follower or has joined the social network of the RESPONSIBLE, may publish comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the published content, enjoy copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of third parties involved.

Any publication on the social network, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that may offend or be likely to offend morality, ethics, good taste, or decency, and/or infringe, violate or breach intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or the Law, is expressly prohibited.

In these cases, the RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to immediately withdraw the content, without prior communication, and may request the permanent block of the USER.

The RESPONSIBLE will not be responsible for the contents that a USER has freely published.

The USER must be aware that their publications will be known by other users, so they are the main responsible for their privacy.

The images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the RESPONSIBLE, but they will remain on the social network.

4. DATA OF MINORS OR PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL CAPACITIES

Access and registration through the RESPONSIBLE’s social networks are prohibited to those under 14 years of age. On the other hand, if the USER has special capacities, the intervention of the holder of their parental authority or guardianship, or their legal representative through a valid document accrediting the representation, will be necessary.

The RESPONSIBLE is expressly exempt from any responsibility that could arise from the use of social networks by minors or people with special capacities. The RESPONSIBLE’s social networks do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors, so if the USER is a minor, they should not register, use the RESPONSIBLE’s social networks, nor provide any personal information.
